PEORIA ARTS AND CULTURAL FESTIVAL

  • RELEASE. RISK. Registrant understands that activities sponsored by Wild Boomer Women (WBW) may involve risk of injury or death to registrant. At all times, registrant has the choice of participating or not participating in any given activity. Of those activities in which member chooses to participate, member agrees to accept full responsibility for the decision to participate in any WBW activity, including the assumption of risk of bodily injury and/or property damage to the registrant. Registtrant agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Wild Boomer Women, LLC, its owners, officers, directors, agents and employees from and against any and all claims arising from or that could arise from participation by particiant or participant’s guest(s). Registrant agrees to sign, and cause any guests to sign, additional waiver or hold harmless agreements as a precondition to participating in any activities if requested by WBW. Participant also acknowledges that membership applicants are evaluated solely upon the basis of their self-disclosures and representations, and realizes that WBW is not responsible for running background checks on its participants. If participant does not agree to terms and conditions, please do not register for events.

The City of Peoria and the Peoria Unified School District have teamed up to honor the community’s past and celebrate the future through the Peoria Arts & Cultural Festival.  The event will be located at 83rd and Grand avenues in the following venues; Osuna Park, Peoria’s Center for Performing Arts, Peoria Historical Museums, Community Center and surrounding Streets.  Admission is free thanks to Larry H. Miller Toyota and Larry H. Miller Dodge Ram dealerships in Peoria, Arizona.  

Students from Peoria Unified School District will exhibit their artwork, compete in a culinary cook-off and perform dance routines, theater acts, choir and band on 7 stages throughout the event.  Attendees also can watch pottery being made or for a small fee, participate in a 5K run, family bike ride, wagon rides, and a kid’s zone.
