Dennis Tran has brought that same sophistication and explosion of flavors to Surprise with his year-old restaurant, Saigon Kitchen. It's got a chic, urban feel, though with the warmth, friendliness and casual atmosphere of an American diner. What an experience.  The food at Saigon Kitchen is authentic Vietnamese but is less salty to suit American tastes. But nothing is lost in translation -- these dishes have enough flavor to fill the Mekong Delta.
