Let's get Physical! I would like to start walking/hiking in this beautiful weather.  Let's start out easy and build up to more exciting trails.

Drive all the way in to the parking lot at the end of the road. This is a popular area and parking can be iffy, so carpool if you can and bring some patience!

Once you park, just walk up the stairs to the picnic area and I will be waiting there.
