  RELEASE. RISK. Registrant understands that activities sponsored by Wild Boomer Women (WBW) may involve risk of injury or death to registrant. At all times, registrant has the choice of participating or not participating in any given activity. Of those activities in which member chooses to participate, member agrees to accept full responsibility for the decision to participate in any WBW activity, including the assumption of risk of bodily injury and/or property damage to the registrant. Registtrant agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Wild Boomer Women, LLC, its owners, officers, directors, agents and employees from and against any and all claims arising from or that could arise from participation by particiant or participant’s guest(s). Registrant agrees to sign, and cause any guests to sign, additional waiver or hold harmless agreements as a precondition to participating in any activities if requested by WBW. Participant also acknowledges that membership applicants are evaluated solely upon the basis of their self-disclosures and representations, and realizes that WBW is not responsible for running background checks on its participants. If participant does not agree to terms and conditions, please do not register for events.
